Insitekaltim, Samarinda – Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Kota Samarinda, mengadakan sosialisasi terhadap Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 64 Tahun 2020, pada Kamis (25/6/2020).
Perpres tersebut diteken sebagai tindak lanjut dari hasil putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) Nomor 7 Tahun 2020 yang membatalkan Perpres Nomor 75 Tahun 2019 khususnya pasal 34 ayat 1 dan 2 yang mengatur mengenai besaran iuran peserta Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah (PBPU) dan Bukan Pekerja (BP).
Adanya pasal 34 ayat 1 dan 2 tersebut, khususnya mengatur mengenai kenaikan Iuran kelas 3 menjadi Rp 42 ribu per orang per bulan (POPB), kelas 2 menjadi Rp 110 ribu POPB dan kelas 1 menjadi Rp 160 ribu POPB, menjadi perdebatan di masyarakat.
“Maka dengan dikeluarkannya Perpres 64 tahun 2020 ini, diharapkan menjadi tindak lanjut dari pemerintah, untuk bisa tetap mengakomodir kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat kecil menengah,” ucap Haris Fadilah, Kepala Bidang SDM, Umum dan Komunikasi Publik Kesehatan, Kantor Cabang BPJS Kesehatan Samarinda.
Adapun dalam Perpres tersebut sebutnya, merubah beberapa hal yang sebelumnya menjadi perdebatan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Salah satunya adanya Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI), dimana pemerintah mensubsidi setengah dari pembayaran POPB seharga Rp 42 ribu tersebut, sehingga peserta BPJS kelas III, hanya perlu membayar sebanyak Rp 25 ribu pada tahun 2020.
“Subsidi memang untuk peserta kelas 3, dimana pembayaran Rp 42 ribu tersebut akan berlaku dari Juli sampai Desember nanti, pembagian pembayaran Rp 42 itu sendiri adalah peserta akan membayar sebanyak Rp 25.500 dan subsidi dari pemerintah adalah Rp 16.500,” sambung Haris.
Ia memaparkan mekanisme pembayaran mulai Januari 2021 akan ada kenaikan untuk pembayaran dari peserta. Haris memaparkan biaya peserta akan naik sebesar Rp 4.500 menjadi Rp 30 ribu.
“Jadi subsidi pemerintah pada 2021 akan menjadi Rp 7 ribu, sehingga masyarakat akan membayar sekitar Rp 30 ribu pada Januari nanti,” pungkasnya.
